Tuition and Fees
Unlike expensive executive MBA or evening MBA programs, the Invited MBA is offered at $1,850 for all admitted participants. For those paying for themselves, we offer a limited number of scholarships. Further, IMBA is sponsored by companies that value access to a network of accomplished professionals. Company recruiters will not receive any information about you that you do not specifically allow them to see.
The Curriculum
The Invited MBA utilizes Abilitie’s award-winning curriculum, which has been used at organizations and universities such as GE, Marriott, Southwest Airlines, MIT, the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, and additional renowned universities around the globe, including campuses in Lausanne (IMD), Dubai, Shanghai, and London (Hult International Business School), and Mauritius (African Leadership University).

Matt Rubins is an adjunct professor at Northeastern University and an active angel investor, educator, and entrepreneur.

Dr. Carol Shuherk is a member of the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School’s MBA faculty and created its management communication program.

Alex DAVERN
Board of Directors, National Instruments Inc.
Alex Davern held a variety of leadership positions at National Instruments that helped drive its growth from a small private company in 1993 to a $1.4B public company with 7,000 employees in 50 countries in 2019. Davern is currently concentrating on Board work and teaching “Leading Innovation & Change” for the MBA Program at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business

Alissa Bayer
Owner and Founder, milk + honey
Alissa Bayer is the owner and founder of milk + honey, a collection of premier day spas and salons in Austin, Texas, and soon a new organic, personal care product company. milk + honey, which is just six years old, employs over 175 happy “Spa Partisans.” They’ve won numerous accolades and awards for their spa and salon services such as Best Place to Work and the Fast 50 by the Austin Business Journal for the last four years and have been on the Inc 5000 list for the past three years.

Joseph Kopser
Author and Innovator, Grayline Group
Joseph Kopser is a serial entrepreneur and expert in energy and national security issues who currently serves as an Executive-in-Residence at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. Previously, his company RideScout was acquired by Mercedes-Benz. He served in the Army after graduating from West Point and Harvard, was recognized as a White House Champion of Change in clean energy, and won the U.S. DOT Data Innovation Award. Co-author of Catalyst, Kopser is also an advisor for CleanTX.
Mentors
Mentors are senior-level professionals with Ivy League MBAs drawn from the ranks of executives at well-known companies such as Dell, AMD, and Google or they are entrepreneurs who have successfully started and led their own businesses. Mentors meet with 6-8 person study groups every Wednesday night to facilitate the case study discussions. Past Mentors have included:
Executive Advisors
Executive Advisors may be a local business leader, CEO, or senior executive. Each study group is assigned an Executive Advisor who will present an Action Learning Project based on a real business problem. Each group collaborates to create a solution for their Executive Advisor and then presents their solution to the Advisor and the full cohort. Participants gain insights into the mind of a successful business leader and a deeper understanding of the executive’s real-world business problems.
